I rejoined Opendoor's investor-focused arm to grow their transaction fulfillment and data product portfolio focused on institutional real estate investors. In August 2024 we spun out of Opendoor as an independent startup.

My first child was born in January 2023! Took some time to hang with him 🐣

After being acquired by Opendoor, we integrated our consumer and back office technology with Opendoor's. We expanded our geographic footprint to Opendoor's bigest markets, growing our internal and external users by 5x.I continued to own the roadmaps for our consumer and internal facing products, and worked crossfunctionally with an expanded circle of stakeholders (other EPDs and ops teams, marketing, legal)

Acquired by Opendoor Nov 2021RedDoor built for simplicity and transparency in the homebuying experience. I owned the roadmap for all three of our software products:- a mobile app for homebuyers- a mobile app for real estate agents - a web app for our loan officers

- Led prioritization across five teams of engineers and two other product managers- Managed price computation functionality from initial requirements through wide release- Defined complex, high value, cross-tenant collaboration workflows- Produced lo-fi wireframes and mid-fi mockups in Figma- Synthesized customer feedback and company goals to scope and prioritize epics- Demoed product to investors, customers, partners, and new hires

- As Product Owner, planned sprints and held scrums for Agile feature development- Determined our team’s capacity and estimated completion dates for tasks- Improved team’s velocity to 3x base velocity over 6 months - Trained new engineers on how FMS and our subsystem operates- Executing yearlong doc, ver, and software update project for 17 onshore and 13 offshore engineers

- Lead a team of 5 software and system engineers to develop new FMS features - Systems Engineer for the Pro Line Fusion Flight Management System for Business and Regional Jets- Focus on Vspeeds and Performance functionality- Database development for performance computations- Systems integration testing to verify that system is meeting Customer, System and Subsystem requirements- Requirements writing to develop new functionality, to correct issues found with existing functionality and to meet do-178b certification requirements- Stepped outside the bounds of my job description to write and review code changes

- Self-directed research project exploring the electrospinning of different types of micro and nano fibers, including coaxial, porous and bi-material.- Prepared polymer solutions, spun and collected micro and nanofiber samples- Analyzed fiber samples using Hitachi scanning electron microscopes.
