Primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of 50 customers, mainly national accounts, reporting to the Category Manager. Across 3 years I’ve been looking after the development of a grocery category as portfolio value grew from 5% to 11% of total revenues and with increasing responsibilities as in the last year I’ve been also managing multinational accounts. Thus, also responsible for:- Developing and implementing a commercial & category plan in order to protect customer revenue, meet business growth targets and increase customer satisfaction;- Primarily responsible for the Italian division of 5 European key customers, reporting to the Sr. CS Manager and working with the European Key Account Team; - Collaborating within cross-department teams in order to develop and deliver company-strategic plans (SCRUM);- Supervising and supporting the use of the company's pricing management tool across the commercial department, taking part in regular meetings with the other European counterparts.

Responsible for the JADE activities, for contacting companies, and for other external activities.
