• Collection structure and development per season according to the records of last seasons ( product category, price range, occasion of use, MOQ.)• Collaborate closely with planning demand team to define mix and pricing strategy)• Research of new suppliers for the developments of each season collection-COLOMBIAMODA 2014-CANTON FAIR 2018-INDIA INTERNATIONAL GARMENT FAIR 2019-YIWU MARKET 2019• Consolidation of quotations and purchase orders in China, Bangladesh, India and Mexico• Follow-up to the purchase orders placed• Supplier evaluation and registration• Follow -up to the samples approval ( quality, trims, lab dips, fit, etc.)• Approval of the 3rd party final random inspection report within guidelines AQL before shipment FOB•Collaboration with the demand planning team in order to monitor closely the stock levels and sales performance (SELL-THRU and SELL OUT)•Weekly report of open orders (OPOR) and monitoring the open to buy (OTB)•Report consulting from DOS by region/zone•Preparation of samples for marketing activities•Analysis and monitoring of the KPIS ( mark up, sell through, arrival dates)
