I provided technical support for Epiphan products to customers on the phone and through email. I also provide sales product demos for potential clients and answer all of their technical related questions, perform quality assurance testing, create marketing material such as product renders, promotional material and website graphics as well as host/run weekly webinars and live streams.

My primary role at NOVAerial was the manufacturing, maintenance and repair of the Procyon 800E. An 800mm, single rotor UAV system, designed for use in large scale commercial applications. Additionally I provided piloting services for operational tests, demonstrations, and various research projects, as well as the low level design and manufacture of smaller scale UAV test platforms.

My primary duties included assembling a wide variety of custom FPV drones, as well as providing maintenance repairs and tech support for customers. I also made recommendations for product buying, conducted market research and created video/graphic promotional materials.

I was responsible for providing in-depth and highly knowledgeable customer service, including sales, tech support, and repairs. I also made recommendations for product buying in the drones/fpv department and engaged in product testing, promotional campaigns and community engagement.

FXbooth was an animation company I created to manage several commercial animation projects which were completed with the help of an international tram of artists and engineers. Our biggest project was an award winning, 25 minute animated film for Oracle Software.
