As the Head of Product at Artium Academy, I have been responsible for building the product from the ground up. From initial concept to launch, I developed a platform that caters to music learners of all ages, spanning 6-year-olds to 70-year-olds, across various platforms including web, iOS, and Android. Under my leadership, the user base has grown from 200 active learners to over 5,000 across 32 countries. I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement a holistic and structured learning experience, emphasizing personalized instruction and certification, while ensuring a seamless user experience. Through continuous feedback, iterative improvements, and a focus on scalability, I helped build a platform that not only delivers music education but also nurtures creativity, discipline, and confidence in learners.
