Located on the ancestral homelands of the Moh-He-Con-Nuck in New York state, Forge Project is a Native-led initiative working to upend political and social systems formed through generations of settler colonialism. Forge Project serves the social and cultural landscape of shared communities through a funded fellowship program for Indigenous culture workers; public education and events, many hosted in its outdoor Land and Learning Kitchen; an activist art collection of leading Indigenous contemporary artists; publishing of contemporary Indigenous scholars and thought leaders; and a large-scale land rematriation project, centered on the return of native plants through seeding a diverse local ecology. These programs develop and respond to the needs and feedback of the communities Forge serves, locally, regionally, and across Turtle Island.A young organization with a small team, we are a highly collaborative group and are looking for a team member who embraces new opportunities and challenges and shares a deep dedication to centering Indigenous knowledge and perspectives. Production Stage Managed three mountings of the show Ike at Night. The theatrical late night talk show with host Ikechukwu Ufomadu featuring new guests each night ran at JACK, The Public Theater, and the Bushwick Starr between 2014 - 2016.

• Planned and executed a range of events from multi-venue celebrations to private receptions managing all aspects of the event including budget, production, catering, decor, sponsorship, and client management.• Produced 10-15 events for 2,000+ guests collectively each season• Managed all projects with the digital media department including website design, email outreach, social media presence, and other special projects.

Produced a three week run of the play Sun and Room by Danny Mitarotondo, directed by Shannon Fillion at The Paradise Factory in downtown New York. Assisted in the launch of Brontosaurus Haircut Productions in the producing of both this first show and the launch party fundraiser held Fall 2014.
