Lead Student Assistant • Manage the department’s front desk, assess each student’s needs, and provideappropriate advice and instructions for specific immigration procedures• Coordinate schedules for department advisors, organize their appointments andrequests from students to ensure an efficiently run department• Website administrator managing and updating the ISSS pages in the USFCA site• Create weekly reports for Student Assistants to provide updates on procedures andreminders of events to maintain an engaged staff• Utilize customer service skills to provide students, employers, and international visitorswith information about the international student and scholar services offered at USF• Train new employees in International Student and Scholar services procedures

Lead Intern • Secure votes by reaching out to voters through call bank and canvassing• Help organize weekend mobilizations of volunteers for canvassing households• Input voter data in order to predict campaign results• Assist in training volunteers and interns on how to canvas and use Hustle and PDI
