Overall management and development of the regional Clinical Trials and Strategic Customers team, which supports an expanding portfolio of key accounts within WEMEA as well as supporting all Clinical trial administration within WEMEA countries.Effectively liaise between key stakeholders. Act as the primary contact during onboarding of new customers into the team and coordinate all related activities during this phase to enable World Courier to flawlessly execute the supply chain on an ongoing basis.Contribute to QBRs and troubleshoot complex issues as they arise being involved in both set and any matters requiring ongoing escalation.Manage resources to ensure that workload is fairly distributed across all CS representatives. Ensure a team is in place to execute shipments as smoothly as possible through detailed pre-planning.Train and develop all CS representatives to ensure they are equipped to independently manage all work assigned to them. Maintain oversight of all key strategic projects to ensure CS representatives receive support for personal development to increase their Knowledge base.Monitor activity to analyse staff performance and service needs. Ensure all tasks are completed in a correct, timely and cost efficient manner.Handle inquiries from clients, agents and World Courier offices via phone and email.Maintain a strategic view of study set up and foster a culture of best practice ensuring that the clinical trial database is utilized to its potential:- logistic set up of new clinical trials and entering into the database;- check that sites in other countries have been supplied with instructions and provide copies of all instructions to customer when required;- update the database and ensure requested updates are processed.
