Paloma Johnson-Walker is the Program Manager for the National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation (NABLF). She is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating NABLF educational initiatives as well as hosting, editing and producing the NABLF Podcast.Prior to joining NABLF, Paloma interned at the National Association of Broadcasters in Exhibit Sales in the Conventions and Business Operations department. Her duties included handling customer service questions and concerns for both exhibit and sponsorship sales, upgrades, booth moves, payment schedules and directory listings for the 2018 NAB Show. She has also held several event staff positions with Monumental Sports and Entertainment, the Washington football team and the former ESPN 980 radio station.Paloma received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management from Fayetteville State University and her Master of Professional Studies degree in Sports Industry Management with a concentration in Strategic Marketing, Communications and Digital Media from Georgetown University. She enjoys the execution of events, interacting with and learning from new people. She aims to enhance all of NABLF’s programs and continue the push for diversity at every level broadcasting.
