EY Audit Senior Manager within the Assurance services practice, mainly focused on Consumer Products and TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) sectors. Perform the review of financial statements and reporting packages at individual and consolidated level under IFRS, US GAAP, Spanish GAAP and Luxembourgish GAAP.Along my career, I've earned extensive experience in listed companies (SEC and IBEX35) of Consumer Products (CPS / CPR) and Mining sectors, including integrated audits (mainly under SOX environment).Within our project management activities, I coordinate big audit teams (the largest one had 60+ team members), manage the client relationship and budget and plan the use of financial and human resources.I participated in Group Audits in which I managed the implications of multilocation audits which require interaction with teams in different countries as well as large audit teams in local clients.Additionally, as part of the audit, I am involved in the review and analysis of key ratios, business plans, impairment tests and KPIs developed by the Company.
