I establish efficient workflows and SOPs to streamline processes.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with R&D, quality, and supply chain teams to integrate design, production, and quality assurance for seamless transitions from prototype to production.Team Development: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.Systems Implementation: Led the deployment of Oracle ERP, MES, Arena PLM, and QMS, ensuring robust process compliance and efficiency.Data-Driven Insights: Developed Power BI dashboards to monitor key business KPIs, driving data-based decision-making across operations.Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for large-scale projects like new product introductions and capacity expansions.Process Validation: Oversee IQ, OQ, and PQ process validation efforts to ensure robust, repeatable manufacturing processes.Supplier & Inventory Optimization: Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain material availability, manage supplier relationships, and optimize inventory.I’m committed to innovation and excellence in manufacturing, driving efficiencies that reduce production costs and enhance product quality.
