𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬:1. Developed recovery mechanism for reload failure of Application Gateway (Azure L7 load balancer) during high RAM utilization.2. Set up and configured azure resources and azure monitor to collect and analyze application gateway’sperformance under high request load to support ongoing features development.𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:1. Ramp up for application gateway team was completed within 2 months using very systematic approach.2. Very good undertanding is developed for cloud resources and networking concepts.3. A very deep understanding is developed for server side code working.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥:5G CDRX: Implement NR connected dicontinuous reception feature, for samsung exynos modems. In simple words this features allows the mobile modem to go to sleep for a very brief amount of time without missing any connection with network. The bottleneck for such features is restoring the modem clock after wakeup with precision in microseconds.𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞:The samsung exynos modem with 5G enabled is in production and is part of alot of major phones in market.It helped me enhance my analytical skills by working with alot of calculations to compute precise time and improved my debuging skills.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬:• Developed and optimized 4G and 5G modem algorithm(in C & C++) for DSDS (Dual sim dual standby) and DRDS (Dual radio dual standby) features to improve efficiency and reduce starvation and deadlock.• Designed new communication protocol between GNSS and modem chip to accommodate completefunctionality and saved some memory.• Managed complete software level communication between GNSS and Modem chip and acted as single POC from modem.• Actively contributed in alot of existing 4G features like MBMS, ETWS, DRX, BPLMN etc.𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:Mobile modem is very complex software coded in C/C++ (to achieve low latency), and working on this software helped me find alot of my hidden qualities and improved on them. Few of learnings are as below:1. 𝘐𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘣𝘶𝘨𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘴. Working on such complex software comes with handling multiple scenarios at once and further enhancing them brings quality of multidimensional thinking.2. 𝘐𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯. Questioning everything, Is it working?why it is working? how it is working? Is there better alternate to do this thing to improve some aspects?3. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭. Rather than finding local optimal solution, started thinking at system level to find global optimal solutions for the product.4. 𝘐𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦 𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘫𝘰𝘣. Rather than finding solutions randomly out of multiple options, started approaching the problem more systematically and reaching the solution by elimination using pros/cons analysis.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥:The company(Eko India Financial Services) wanted to provide customer services using some automated chatbots. So i was assigned to check how this can be achieved and make some prototype.𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡:Since most of the users of eko financial services belonged to rural areas at that time, so I decided to explore social media platforms like facebook, whatsapp, telegram which were easily accessible to targeted audience.For each platform i looked into feasibility of creating automated chatbots to answer common queries related to transaction status using transaction ids, other commonly asked information etc. Also made small prototype to understand and show user experience.𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞:1. Finally I found that chatbots were feasible with facebook and telegram at that time, but whatsapp chatbot was not feasible.2. Telegram bot was free to use and was very user friendly, but very few people used telegram among targeted audience.3. Facebook bot was not entirely free for busniess purposes but it was good option for company to consider worth spending money on.Further prototypes were made for both platforms answering few of user questions using eko's apis.
