Preparing tenders, decision-aiding, contracting and writing off sold claims.  Monitoring of the sales of assets that become part of the bank’s portfolio during collection processes. Co-ordination of asset valuations, management of these assets with the help of specialists (guarding-protection, maintenance, leasing, etc).  Development, implementation and maintenance of the bank’s workout policy, assessment and harmonization of policies of interconnecting divisions with the workout policy. Development and implementation of improved workout processes. Project Owner for the collections management software being developed for the bank. System specifications, development, testing and implementation of the new system.
