Hello! I am a "Powerful" Engineer with 18 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer working on the Distribution side of the power industry. I spent my first 13 years working as an engineer at Green Mountain Power in VT. Currently I work for ControlPoint an Engineering Support services firm made by and run by engineers. It's a great place to work and I've really enjoyed evaluating a variety of Distribution Energy Resource projects and Planning studies for utilities all across New England. It's been fascinating to see the changes in the industry since I've started and I feel very lucky to get to be an active part of the evolution of the grid. It's interesting how each utility puts its own spin on how to address new challenges and I relish the opportunity to collaborate with other engineers.
