Pam is the Regional Market Development Director for Oregon and SW Washington for DIRTT, an integrated prefab interior construction company using technology to revolutionize the industry. She has extensive experience working with executives, consultants, facility managers, and designers in creating interiors that are adaptable, high-performing, and inspirational. With over 30 years of experience, she has worked in the New York Metropolitan area for various architectural design companies on projects ranging from 10,000 to 500,000 s.f. and is well-versed in programming, schematic design, design development through construction documents. Seeing how spaces affected people she started her Master’s degree in Organizational Development and led a large Human Resources department for 3 years where she gained great insight into organizational performance. She found her passion in sustainability and became LEED accredited in 2005 and has over 15 years of experience with prefab. She has a Bachelor’s in Interior Design from New York Institute of Technology and an Associate’s from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
