• Work between all facilities to meet coding needs of Princeton, Shelby, Walker, Citizens and the Corporate Office.• Utilizes available resources and Outpatient Coding Guidelines to identify appropriate ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS and related modifier and revenue codes to meet Medicare OCE/CCI requirements.• Responsible for resolving code related outpatient claim errors.• Code Outpatient Ambulatory Surgeries, Emergency Department, Observations, and OP Diagnostics for Core facilities while maintaining 95% or above accuracy.• Code injections and infusions, and physical therapies.• Corporate Super User under the direction of the Corporate HIM Director.• Perform Quality Assurance under the direction of the Corporate HIM Director.• Working as a mentor to new hires within our department.

• All the audits of all charts in the facility.• In charge of deliquecies to make sure all is corrected in the time frame given. This is including but not limited to nursing notes, physician orders, physician signatures, billing, ect.• Reorganized and created a auditing system
