I have over 15 years experience in the banking, mortgage and money handling. After moving back to MS I found myself unemployed. The job market has changed over the years, so I decided I needed a new career. PRCC advisors recommended Medical Billing and Coding. I have never worked in the medical field. I love helping people so no matter which position I'm in I will be able to do that. I realize I will have to build up my experience to be able to land a position in billing or coding. While at PRCC I have been able to accomplish something I never would have thought I could. I have been on the Dean's List every semester. I am very proud of that. I'm a team player, hard worker and loyal to the company I work for. I feel that my professional skills will be an asset to my new job.
