♣ Create the open enrollment presentation information video by taking photos, video clips and interviews. Build the final video using Adobe products, iMovie, Audacity and Screencast. ♣ Create How-To videos and documentation for staff and student use. ♣ Maintain school website, in the past year ported the website to the Blackboard platform.♣ Created and maintain school Twitter account.♣ Create Professional Development lessons for the staff on new and existing tools and how they can be used in the classroom. ♣ Help with the design and creation of lessons for classroom use.♣ Maintain and support all hardware and software used including iMacs, MacBook Pros, MacBook Airs, and iPads. ♣ Troubleshoot and resolve problems that arise with not only computing devices but also printers, document cameras, projectors, Apple TVs, copiers, etc.♣ Use a device management system to distribute and update apps used on 350+ iPads.♣ Research appropriate apps and programs for use by students and/or staff.♣ Train and support staff and students in using Google Suite for Education.♣ Run an after-school computer class with lessons on everything from communication skills to programming.♣ Manage open enrollment process: creating and maintaining information meeting registration database, and documentation given to new parents. ♣ Work with District Office and other school sites to troubleshoot and coordinate training.
