Avenue Design was acquired by TRUEdotDESIGN in May 2015.

As a senior resource within HBS’s client services team, provided a diverse list of clients with seasoned account leadership and integrated communications advice gained from 15 years of agency experience. In addition to acting as the primary point of client contact on assigned accounts, responsibilities included ensuring the successful integration and execution of multi-disciplinary marketing and advertising initiatives, working closely with the HBS strategic planning team to develop powerful communications strategies, representing the company’s full scope of services and capabilities and managing the profitability of assigned clients.

Working as part of a national client marketing team, built long-lasting and mutually beneficial client relationships for a number of private and public sector clients. Responsibilities included proactively anticipating and managing client needs, inspiring confidence and demonstrating leadership, objective setting, budgeting and planning through all levels of execution and evaluation, contributing to the creation of strategic marketing plans, mentoring junior staff and determining opportunities to cross-sell all of the agency’s services.

Successfully managed a growing list of major advertising and marketing accounts by determining client needs, presenting unique yet practical solutions and building client relationships. Responsibilities included developing knowledge of client’s business and campaign objectives, writing creative briefs, managing annual and/or campaign budgets, participating in strategic and creative planning sessions and coordinating with in-house creative staff and outside suppliers to ensure client objectives were met while budgets and deadlines were respected.

Acted as the primary contact between client and lettershop. Advised business clients on mailing options and Canada Post regulations. Developed and delivered training sessions in database management and direct mail communications.

Planned, budgeted and executed all print production functions for non-profit direct mail clients. Responsibilities included creative support, list management, quality control and print purchasing.
