Contract position at Frontier Communications - CC&B Conversion Lead – Responsible for a staff of 36 professionals performing all conversion mapping, conversion coding, reference table and CRM configuration for the integration of the purchased Verizon West Virginia property into Frontier Communications systmes. Accountable for the overall quality of both the customer converted data which includes the customer care and billing, CRM, and repair/trouble ticketing functions. Tasks also included the Executive Level status reporting, budgeting, and staffing. Project was delivered on time and on budget meeting established Service Level Agreements.
