End to end process of absence management, including return to work meetings and long term sickness meetings. Holding of disciplinary meetings due to attendance improvement plans being breached which can lead up written warnings up to dismissal. Referrals to occupational health for colleagues and being available to support when concerns are raised. Working closely with higher management with training and colleague support.

I have worked on the counterI spent 10 years in credit operations - these is the back end of lending therefore when a facility has been sanctioned this was taken from offer to completion. I have also dealt with the discharging of lending facilities - I was a safe to lend officer - this meant once a case had been passed for draw-down I was the last person to sign-off before passing to the draw-down team for funds release - this was a B4 role. I also assisted with the transfer of work to Chennai, where I also assisted with workflow management. When I moved to UK I did take a down grade however I have assisted and facilitated training to new to bank staff - refreshed existing staff. At the moment I am on secondment as a performance coach
