As a Contract and Relationship Manager for the Ministry of Health I had responsibility for approximately $200mil in contracted services. I managed the contracts, delivery of services, relationships and serious complaints for residential service providers from Central North Island through to Invercargill. Managing KPI's; negotiating contract terms; supporting providers to deliver high quality services to vulnerable people and improving relationships with providers for the sole purpose of improving the lives of people with disabilities.My portfolio also included the exclusive responsibility for Children's Residential Services nationally. These are services designed for children who can no longer live with family or caregivers due to challenges that require specialist services and support.

Managed the Contact Service for the greater Wellington and Kapiti Coast Regions. This role entailed working with three different family courts, families going through the family court system, children and adults who are victims or witness to family violence; family lawyers; and a variety of community services. This service provides supervised contact for children and adults where the court has ordered that professional supervision is required during contact. Managed a team of contact supervisors for the region; conducted assessments; delivered staff training and managed the contract with the family court.In addition to the above role I managed and facilitated the 12 week Footsteps to Feeling Safe educational programme for children who have been victims or witness to family violence. This programme is a court mandated programme. Managed the facilitators of the programme; delivered training and supervision to staff; conducted assessments with families to determine suitability of the programme and coordinated the programme content and delivery.

Designed, developed and delivered training workshops and Diploma level 6 and Certificate level 3 and 4 training for the Supported Employment and Disability Sector.
