Started off working as a temporary for Accounts Payable, but hired by Accounts Receivable. Worked all deductions for AR including shortages, filing claims with freight carriers, pricing, advertising, etc. After seven years of working deductions, we took on another company. I went to their site, learned their system, trained two new staff, and managed them as well as handling deductions. Once we integrated their system into ours, the department was reorganized.
