As part of PCB Piezotronics' corporate Senior Leadership Team, I have responsibility for both our Purchasing Department and our Piezoelectric Crystals Manufacturing Facility. I have a background in Program and Project management and have experience with the start up and continued leadership of a highly technical and specialized manufacturing facility. I have new responsibility over the Procurement segment of PCB's Supply Chain and am excited to learn more about a critical part of our manufacturing business. I value direct communication, continuous improvement, effective and respectful disagreement, and team-based problem solving. I don’t believe in a mentality of “it’s not my job” or “that’s how it’s always been done”. I believe there is always room for growth and that data analysis and risk assessment can guide your decision making. A team willing to work together, with a growth mindset and a willingness for failure, can achieve great things and solve big problems regardless of experience and credentials and anyone, at any level, can be a mentor through their actions.
