Responsible for system-wide marketing communications, physician liaison and referral services for Bayhealth which includes Kent General and Milford Memorial Hospital as well as numerous satellite facilities. Oversees physician relations and physician referral programs. Manages advertising, media and public relations, community and special event involvement, sponsorships, corporate communication and educational materials, signage and the web site. Department staff includes a communications manager, internal communications/web designer, marketing department coordinator, public relations assistant, occupational health marketing manager, graphic designer, physician referral liaison and physician relations liaisons .

Oversee the marketing and public relations activities for a 2,800 employee two-hospital (Kent General and Milford Memorial Hospital) system with numerous satellite facilities serving all three counties in Delaware. Manage print, radio, billboard and television advertising; in house and community publications; media - press releases, press conferences, press relations; special events - dedications, trade shows and health fairs. Also, responsible for other forms of communications within the system including internal and external signage. Serve as advisor/liaison for upper management retreats and meetings. Oversees a staff of five employees.
