Summarizing a career in Property Management is a very challenging effort to embark upon!Since 1989 I have been involved in Property Management-20 years next year. I have run properties, trouble shot at them, worked on the weekends to keep them floating, been promoted, changed jobs, rehabbed, re-worked, taken over, built them up - you name it! The last 10 years spent in Arizona have also allowed me to branch into our Trade Organization-the AMA-where I have been on the Board of Directors since 2003. I chair the Five-Star Crime Free Committee there and also co-chair our Domestic Violence Shelter Committee-Big Hands for LIttle Hearts.My current goals are to keep my properties ahead of my competition and get through 2008 in the black for my owners! Second goals are to take my committees to a higher level.
