I am a credit manager that has worked across the lending relationship to build strong, profitable partnerships. I have done this as part of the institutions that provide the financing and that are subject to strict regulation. My ability to learn quickly, analyze financials, and to think creatively to find the best way to structure deals has been key to the profitability of the portfolios. I have done this in a variety of customer-facing capacities, as a leader of a credit team, and as a partner to the sales team. In each capacity, my focus is to find ways to make win-win scenarios a reality.My experience includes working in a variety of capacities in regional banks and community banking organizations.
