As President and CEO, Pam McManus leads Peak Vista Community Health Centers in the care of more than 82,550 patients in the Pikes Peak and Eastern Plains regions of Colorado, per year; making Peak Vista one of the largest primary care and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providers in the region. Assisted by a staff of over 720, Pam helps facilitate over 375,000 patient visits per year in Peak Vista’s 25 health centers. In addition to Peak Vista’s family health centers, Peak Vista’s has a Pediatric Health Center, nine Dental Health Centers, a Women’s Health Center and a Developmental Disabilities Health Center. 97% of patients surveyed are pleased with the quality of care they receive at Peak Vista; reflecting Pam’s vision and dedication to providing exceptional care to those facing access barriers. Throughout her tenure at Peak Vista, Pam has worked closely with numerous community partners and serves as Past Board Chair for Community Health Partnership, a collaboration of local health care leaders designed to facilitate coordination among existing health care providers and to identify ways in which to work together to address community health issues. She also serves as Chairperson for the Colorado Community Health Network, a statewide association for community health centers, and serves on the National Association of Community Health Centers Senior Health and Membership Committees, the Rocky Mountain Options for Long Term Care (RMOLTC) Board, Downtown Pikes Peak YMCA, and Joint Initiatives CCMCN. Pam has been recognized by the Leadership Pikes Peak “Modeling the Way” Community Leadership Award, the “Women of Influence” award from the Colorado Springs Business Journal and was a candidate for the Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance Athena Award and the Delta Sigma Theta “Hat’s off” honor.
