The Director of Information Technology is responsible for providing the overall strategic and tactical leadership of Information Technology program and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all academic and administrative Information Technology initiatives at COA. The Director of Information Technology is responsible for the maintenance of the COA computer network and telecommunications systems, ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure and all network systems and serves as a member of the College’s Senior Staff, providing vision and insight to issues affecting the entire college.

The Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Officer is responsible for supervision of the College's Equal Opportunity Program and for monitoring its effectiveness.

The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all complaints of sex discrimination and identifying and addressing any patterns or systemic problems that arise during the review of such complaints.

The Network Manager/Telecom Director is responsible for the maintenance of the COA computer network ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure and all network servers and maintains and ensures the telephone and voice mail systems are operational.
