Developed a customer service program and put the program into actions throughout mutli-facilities. Originated a standardized and training procedure for the housekeeping division as well as implementing this program. As a result of the implementaion and sucess of these programs all facilities has experienced a 30% improvement in thier HCAHPS scores.
