My role at Accounting Workshop has three key parts. First, I'm responsible for the company's strategic process. I work with the board and the various businesses in The Workshop Group to build a coherent strategy and provide the detailed plans that turn it into action.Second, I'm responsible for the marketing and commercial direction of Accounting Workshop and as a rapidly growing organisation have to be both reactive and proactive.Thirdly I am responsible for all company training, inclusive of customer service skills, management and leadership training.
