Played a key role in three ASQA Audits, reviewing and amending scope along with the identification of new opportunities and course development and implemenation across a vast number of qualifications in Community Services Training Package. Responsible for overseeing the design, development and improvement of Community Services on line courses Implemented best practice benchmarks for quality service delivery to students, and accountable for quality of student experience and retention.Part of Open Colleges' Leadership Team

Commenced at Selmar Institute of Education as Head of VET - Victoria, This was an exciting time for Selmar as it expanded into class room based training and delivering community services qualifications their new premises located at St Kilda. Returned to Sydney and worked as a consultant for Selmar Institute, St Patrick's Institute of Education and AICT. In 2010 returned to Selmar full time as Manager for their NSW Office.
