Supported the Executive Director of the largest property management company in North America, and hold concurrent responsibilities for updating the Las Sendas Community Association website, executing email marketing campaigns, and assisting Las Sendas residents with a wide range of issues. In my previous position, I was tasked with planning and executing free community events for a third-party property management services provider while contributing to community outreach, website redesign, and regulatory compliance efforts.I successfully organized events on a $500 annual budget through persistent prospecting to secure corporate sponsorships and volunteer involvement (if that sounds easy, I assure you it wasn’t!). When I wasn’t hounding vendors and residents, I helped implement website improvements that optimized the user experience and enhanced the site’s aesthetics.I was entrusted with the design and publishing of a monthly newsletter, as well as the execution of weekly email campaigns to residents. I always addressed resident questions as fast as humanly possible, and continually worked to develop creative solutions to resident issues.

This role largely involved providing executive-level support to the Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing for an industry leading property development company while contributing to the efficient completion of multiple projects simultaneously. I prepared correspondence between executive management team members and attorneys, and served as a liaison between Concord Pacific and homeowners during the closing and home-building processes. My responsibilities eventually expanded to include the (accurate) maintenance of our homeowner database, and the generation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for analysis by senior leadership. I also processed pre-sale and reassignment contracts, and produced commission reports for internal and external realtors.
