Detailed CV available on request.I directly line manage and hold budgetary responsibility for 5 County Wide Community based Learning and Physical Disability Services. This includes budgets, registration compliance , operational responsibility, management of staff and their teams. This includes: a Suppported Living accommodation consisting of 10 flats and 4 community based high dependency resource centres. All of which support individuals with very complex Learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, sensory impairments and other associated impairments. This is a demanding job which requires excellent time management skills, good leadership skills, proactive management skills, patience and an understanding of Government legislations, policies, procedures and CQC registration. Until October 2018 I also managed a Replacement care home (Residential), which provided respite, both emergency unplanned and planned . A home which I took over in February 2017 that required support and guidance to rebuild a diverse strong staff team, to which I did successfully. Accomplishing a successful and complimentary CQC inspection which took place in August 2018. Outcome to be awarded a rating of Good.I have completed CQC inspections, maintaining ratings of Good also in the past with Domiciliary care / Reablement and hospital discharge services. We have robust guidelines in place relating to Safeguarding, DOLS and the Mental Capacity Act. I supported and took responsibility for the implementation of integrating Health and Social Care with an active Night Sitting and Roaming Service. This included proposals for the application of the service, the business continuity plan, staff structure, management and application to practice. I actively integrated Health and Social care Services as part of a Recovery at home Domiciliary team based in the Wyre Forest area of the county. Working closely with commissioners within health and social care.I also remain part of a 24hour Registered Manager Duty Rota system which covers 7 days per week County wide for all WCC Provider Services.. This give me a broad and knowledgeable understanding of all service areas.
