Roll out of Ellucian Colleague Reporting and Operating Analytics (CROA - Business Objects Universes and Reporting Tool) as a business solution to empower end users with direct access to data/reporting. Business liaison coordinating report analysis, training and follow up sessions with Ellucian (Datatel+SGHE) Business Consultant.Responsible for gathering user requirements and developing viable solutions utilizing and maintaining Business Objects ODS, a downstream reporting platform sourcing data from Colleague ERP.
