• Provide direction and support to our customers and customer service team.• When applicable provide written reports, summaries and forecasts of customer activity to management, Advisory Board and at company meetings, etc.• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.• Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements – travel when applicable.• Entertain customers under the guidelines of ATM's Code of Conduct.• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and customer service teams. Manage current customers and coordinate all phases of customer relations on a daily basis. Including, quoting product, processing purchase orders, and following through on on-time delivery. Direct quote team and part planning meetings to review and develop product to meet our customer's needs. Manage inventory flow through web based systems. Use internal systems Visual basics to maintain on-time delivery for all customers.
