Hr Compliance Analyst
Current• Develops, implements, and maintains HR compliance metrics, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations across all HR programs. Communicates audit results and compliance updates to the CHRO to support proactive risk management and regulatory alignment.• Leads cross-functional coordination for internal and external audits related to employment practices, benefits administration, and HRIS systems. Prepares comprehensive audit documentation, addresses compliance inquiries, and implements corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.• Manages the preparation and submission of essential HR compliance reports, including Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1 reports, and other government filings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across multi-jurisdictional operations.• Regularly reviews and updates the Employee Handbook to reflect current labor laws, workplace policies, and HR best practices. Partners with HR leadership to deliver compliance-related training to employees and managers, enhancing organizational understanding of employment laws and regulatory changes.• Oversees HR vendor management and ensures compliance through SOC audit reviews, addressing control exceptions, and coordinating with HR team members to ensure continuity in payroll, benefits programs, and other critical HR functions in alignment with business continuity plans.
