I have over 20 years working in the non-profit sector, with several years of Program Management experience as well as experience managing complex projects. I had the opportunity of leading a case management team at The Salvation Army in collaboration with The United Way of Davidson County , to assist in the recovery efforts of the 2010 Flood in Nashville. I also held the position of The Director of Emergency Services for three years at The Salvation Army as well as the position of Program Coordinator of the Transitional Housing Program for homeless families, during which I assisted in organizing the recovery efforts for Hurricane Katrina survivors during evacuation from New Orleans ,LA to Nashville, TN.Throughout my career I have held roles of increasing scope and responsibility and demonstrated the ability to deliver above expectations in each of them. Each of my roles have provided me with strong experience in case management, budget maintenance, and client advocacy. I do my best work when I am empowered to take action on opportunities to make an impact on the people I work with.
