Currently as an HR Administrator indoctrinate new hires; process benefit elections; assist employee's with benefit questions; interface with benefit suppliers to make appropriate changes; provide FMLA & Disability paperwork, update payroll of benefit changes, verify benefit invoices for A/P to process monthly invoices; receive employee disputes, investigate the charges & report findings to the appropriate management while communicating with the employee who brought the charges and out process terminating employees & preparing/receiving COBRA payments.
