Basic accounting, and payroll, using Quick Books. Reconciliation of three bank accounts. Supervision of two employees. I also, do credentialing, accounts payable, supply ordering and employee training. I was hired to bring in more revenue for the practice based on previous performance. I was able to take a $35,000.00 deficit and turn it around to a $68,000.00 profit within the first seven months of employment. I eliminated staff, and changed many services to cut costs and increase revenue. Policies and procedures were established to increase productivity and enhance patient satisfaction.
