As the Administrative Assistant in the Administrative Office of Southfield Christian School, I supported the Superintendent, Director of Development and Business Manager scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining the current and past personnel files and posting job openings. I worked closely with the development office to track fund raising efforts. Additional responsibilities included: coordination and distribution of monthly school board reports, design and layout of school publications, scheduling the building use for school events, coordination of the bulk mailings and email correspondence and for fund raising events (auctions, golf outings and dinners) guest registration and auction data base operations.

During my time as Athletic Department Secretary, I interacted on a regular basis with the Athletic Director, bus drivers, coaches, game officials, parents, and students. I was responsible for the organization of all high school athletic records and team schedules. My responsibilities also included the scheduling of transportation for all school field trips and athletic events. The bookkeeping for bus driver and game worker payroll information and department petty cash was also my responsibility. I created the game programs for athletic events and award programs publications.

While serving as the Service Center Manager I coordinated all the work for the ministry offices which included: printing, mailing and copying of various publications. I maintained regular interaction with all church personnel and congregation to expedite program materials. I was responsible for the weekly church bulletin production and ordering of office supplies and paper. In my role I served as office support for all ministry divisions in the church.
