Managed the NAU Marketing Web Team and Wordpress website projects to drive lead generation and support brand initiatives. Collaborated with digital marketing leadership to develop and implement University web strategies, standards, and policies, as well as worked with clients, graphic designers, web developers, UX experts, writers, and photographers to create production content. Facilitated meetings to scope projects, gather business and technical requirements and define KPIs.Key accomplishments:- Successfully completed site redesign and content build for a new prospective student website to maximize outreach and recruitment.- Developed charter for the NAU Web Advisory Council which establishes and upholds web governance. - Provided technical support to 50+ University Site Stewards to assist with their respective WordPress multi-sites.- Established quality assurance checklists to ensure web content and images met brand standards, ADA (Section 508) accessibility requirements and the University’s strategic goals.- Coordinated with IT department and external vendors to direct website theme refreshes, migration to Gutenberg editor, backend maintenance and general troubleshooting.- Leveraged data and performance analytics (GA, GTM, Lighthouse) to recommend and track progress toward KPI’s and meet website optimization benchmarks.- Conducted SEO audits to continuously improve organic search conversion (Siteimprove, Search Console).
