A strong believer in Joseph Campbell’s quotation, “The privilege of a lifetime is to be who you are,” I became interested in what makes individuals and organizations thrive.It was this interest that led me to the Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania. Here I learned how to bring about transformational change within individuals and organizations. I continued my education by becoming certified in a number of psychological and leadership tools. I combine my evidence-based research plus 30 years of real world experience to ensure that the advice I bring is practical and workable.I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.
