Monitors and evaluates project performance and ensures that projects are on track. • Quality assurance: Reviews project documents to ensure compliance with ADB’s policies and guidelines, particularly for additional financing and succeeding tranches of multitranche financing facility programs. Reviews project administration memos to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines. • Policy Analysis: Reviews revisions to various ADB policies and guidelines that affect project implementation (i.e., project administration instructions, staff instructions, administrative orders, procurement policies, etc.)

Provided administrative and operational support in facilitating the smooth operations of Regional and Sustainable Development Department’s (RSDD) Climate Change Program Coordination Unit, specifically assisting the Future Carbon Fund team. Assisted in the overall administration of the Fund including engaging and managing consultants and maintaining records of relevant transactions.Monitored the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) pipeline and updates tables for issuance success rates used as basis for pursuing CDM projects to be funded by FCF. CDM technologies include renewable energy, biomass, and energy efficiency projects.Prepared draft pre-due diligence and due diligence reports used by FCF for negotiations as well as for presentation to the Fund’s Board of Directors. These reports include (i) a description of the project and the corresponding technology involved; (ii) risk assessments (including financial, monitoring and host country risks); and (iii) Clean Development Mechanism Assessments.

Recruited consultants, provided support in budget and performance monitoring of consultants and other project components. Reviewed and updated Project Performance Information System (PPIS) database for the Pacific Department’s loans and technical assistance (TA) projects under processing, under the guidance of the professional staff. Ensured the timely processing of the projects for approval of the President or the Board of Directors. Edited and reviewed project papers and proposals to ensure compliance with ADB formats and standards.

Was with the Budget and Performance Monitoring Department. Handled the budget of the Bacon-Manito Geothermal Production Field (BGPF) in Bicol; Leyte Geothermal Production Field (LGPF), the largest geothermal field in the Philippines; and the Technical Services Sector (includes departments such as Resource and Reservoir Management, Drilling Services, and Geoservices).Monitored and reviewed the capital expenditures and operating expenses of various departments. Conducted site visits and inspections as necessary to ensure viability and feasibility of proposals for replacement of equipment or for construction of facilities (drilling pads, power plant facilities, and roads). Reviewed budget proposals for the acquisition of property, plant, or equipment, including proposals for activities such as drilling operations, road concreting & construction, and construction of buildings and facilities

Reviewed documents pertaining to the World Bank-funded Metro Manila Urban Transport Integration Project. Assisted in planning and preparation for the implementation of the project. Prepared project proposals, terms of reference, evaluation reports for consultants, and contracts necessary in the implementation of the project. Evaluated consultants for Construction Supervision, Traffic Signalization, Public Information, and the Conduct of Parcellary Surveys.Was responsible for monitoring civil works and quality of materials (cement, sand, gravel, rebars, etc.) for the different components of the Project which include Pasong Tamo, LRT Line 2 Corridor, and EDSA MRT 3 Corridor.Studied the guidelines set forth by the World Bank for hiring consultants and purchasing of goods and services to ensure transparency and compliance then reviewed and evaluated proposals for the project management consultant and the engineering contractor based on the World Bank’s procurement guidelines.
