In 2012 completed 99 architectural reviews totaling $26.9 million in hardware allocations and installations for NTEC.• Developed standard application and infrastructure project templates. Designed and implemented real-time executive reports/dashboards. Implemented and maintained project Change meetings to review additions/deletions of projects, which enabled team to keep the “golden application source”.• Frontier Sale – drove to completion on budget and schedule 175 Infrastructure projects. Completed 262 of 264 application go-lives. Reported, tracked, and resolved issues. Completed 1414 server builds of 1414 (100%).• Implemented a standardized hardware/software architecture by which all applications and tiers could be virtualized and managed through standard, automated tool suites. This became known as the SOE, Standard Operating Environment. The projected savings of $232 million on 393 migrated applications and platform savings of $17 million. • Managed builds of Oracle Virtual Machine (OVM) and WMware ESX farms that housed Production and Non Production environments consisting of HP Blades, 10GB network and NAS Storage in multiple data centers. The environment hosts 3000 virtual servers and has over 300 Oracle RAC clusters. -

This effort eliminated manual effort to deploy to desktop resulting savings of hundreds or man-hours each month.Created implementation plans, tested and updated implementation plans on non-production environment which resulted in flawless system upgrades on NT servers.Installed and supported OS/2 client/server mission critical financial application across 7 state region to several hundred clients. -
