Responsibilities included designing/developing/delivering training for globally-deployed applications, developing processes for off-shore software testing and in-house training functions and managing resources within those groups.• Delivered training programs to global audiences consisting of webinar (Intercall and WebEx) and instructor-led sessions, quick reference guides, user guides, exercises, simple online learning modules (Camtasia and Authorware), train-the-trainer sessions and instructor guides• Planned training approaches and wrote training content for off-the-shelf applications including Open Text Document Management System, Elite Enterprise, Carpe Diem, and Business Objects; and for internally-developed applications for client/matter intake, conflict searching, deals information, survey creation and results reporting, intranet site content development, financial reporting, and work intake/flow• Involved in projects ranging in priority and complexity from regularly scheduled software maintenance to the highly strategic and complex interfirm billing process and a new business taxonomy, which affected the majority of our global applications• Effectively worked with project managers, product managers, business analysts, developers and business sponsors to understand business and technical requirements of each project• Implemented training project processes and created training materials templates for increased quality and consistency• Developed and implemented a quality assurance process aligned with our software development cycle and provided guidance to project teams on the process
