As a Career and Life Strategist at Pam Bradley Coaching, my mission is to share my insights, experiences, and enthusiasm with my clients and students, and to enable them to achieve their full potential. I leverage my extensive experience and credentials in marketing, coaching, and teaching to help professionals navigate transitions, overcome challenges, and pursue their passions. After first pursuing my passion for French, I taught French in secondary schools in the US and the UK. Then I took my language skills and cultural experiences to the business world, building a decades long career as an international/global marketing leader in tech. I loved hiring and leading global marketing teams in the B2B enterprise software industry, pioneering effective global team leadership long before the existence of Zoom! I helped companies expand into new countries and regions, increase revenue, empower sales, and successfully manage acquisitions and integrations.Alas, I “aged out” of tech leadership and through a long process of discernment, pivoted to become a coach. I love helping people really understand their gifts, talents, and values and how to take them into new spaces. Career pivots, re-inventions are born out of pain, discouragement, and fear but so rewarding for those who are brave enough to try. To hear my clients declare “I’m happier now than I’ve ever been before” is my great joy. And, I re-discovered the classroom - now I teach Business Fundamentals at the Gerrish Business School, Endicott College and love being back with the students!
