As part of the Boston Children's Hospital enterprise "Project Mosaic", which included the implementation of Epic EHR, my team, alongside operational and clinical staff, and our vendor Wellsky, was responsible for the implementation, data migration, testing, validation, training and integration with Epic, of the Blood Bank and Blood Donor Center applications. • Performed implementation of and conversion to Wellsky Transfusion, blood bank management system. • Performed implementation of and conversion to Wellsky Blood Centers, Blood Centers Onsite, Lab and Distribution system, leveraging FastTrak for remote blood donor questionnaires and GPI USA eDonor Blood Donor CRM for targeted marketing and donor scheduling.
