Throughout my career, I’ve led organizations through progressive product creation processes and digital transformation technologies. As a dedicated and loyal leader, I specialize in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & Digital Product Creation (DPC) 3D technologies. Having spent the first half of my career hands-on in product development, I possess a unique skill set that makes me highly effective in leading cutting-edge digital transformations with credibility among business stakeholders. I'm known for delivering large projects on time and under budget, and I'm passionate about aligning people, processes, and cutting-edge technology. With a lifelong background as an apparel product engineer, master grader, and fit specialist, I bring extensive expertise to the table.WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE?I’m 2nd generation in the “rag business” and was part of the first digital revolution, moving from paper patterns to CAD systems. Now I love pushing the envelope from 2D CAD to 3D digital product creation. My father was a pattern maker and marker maker before CAD systems were around. I grew up helping him in our basement, making notches and drill holes in his pattern work. I started learning pattern making and grading in high school, using an old-school Gerber AM5 for digitizing patterns with my dad learning CAD technology at the time. We used to share our learnings over the dinner table. LEADERSHIPThere are many people who can implement and support technology for a digital Go to Market (GTM) process, but I always put people first. A great mentor taught me we should always look at our work in this order: People, Production, Projects; and I’ve stuck with that mentality which has served me well. My leadership philosophy? LOVE people … honestly love them. Put their interests and growth first. Build a super tight team. Work HARD and Celebrate! AREAS OF EXPERTISEProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) • Digital Line Collaboration: VibeIQ & Visulon • Product Creation Business Process Engineering • Product Development & Technical Design (2D & 3D) • Go To Market Calendar (GTM) • Retail, Footwear & Apparel (RFA) • Team Leadership: Engagement, Mentorship, Inspiration
