I supported the VP of MN / India and his direct reports, along with back-up support for the other 6 VP's. I worked at our satellite office as a HR support person before being ask to take the position as Executive Assistant. While at the satellite location, I was responsible for employee issues and questions, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, along with assisting in the preparation Affirmative Action plans. I was the contact for planning events, employee volunteer opportunities, monthly employee meetings and celebrations.
